Vodafone Business Digital Sales is the inside sales division of Vodafone Business. A fast-growing global team, driving the #FutureOfSales. We use cutting-edge technology and highly trained teams to leverage social selling and the best sales practices to unlock growth for the businesses we support. Vodafone Business Digital sales have two main hubs in Dublin and Valencia, and smaller teams in Hungary, Italy, South Africa and Singapore.

Vodafone is always investing in digital tools to maintain our sales team's best-in-class reputation. I'm the Program Manager for LinkedIn Sales Navigator, a tool that helps sales agents to target the right buyers, understand key insights, and engage with personalised outreach. As a PM of Sales Navigator, my main goal is to bring awareness about the tool and help sales teams to create better conversations and close deals faster.

The main challenges for this project were: the geographic separation of our teams, a shortage of specialised content & training, and a lack of understanding among sales reps of how the tool could add value to their day to day work. To overcome this, I partnered with LinkedIn's Customer Success team and Vodafone's L&D team. We delivered two sessions of InStruct training (train-the-trainer format) for 27 champions from our three main locations, and four-pieces of online training to our global community. To keep things going, I developed a program of ongoing pieces of training, a communications strategy, communities, and competitions.
